- £50 including VAT for key cutting
- £50 including VAT for mid-term contract changes such as adding or removing a tenant (subject to the landlords approval)
- There is a fee for an agreed early termination of the tenancy (with the landlords authorisation) to be agreed on a case by case basis to cover the losses for the landlord
