- We inspect and evaluate your property and advise you of the current rental market value
- Full marketing via the Rightmove website
- Accompanied viewings and assessment of applicants
- Instructing Gas, Electric & Energy Performance certificates
- Collection of all rental payments and damage deposit
- Preparation of Inventory & Schedule of Condition
- Frequent periodic inspections of the property, co-ordinating repairs and call outs
- Arrange exit and final inspections, meter readings & inform utility companies
- Arrange minor repairs/redecoration and/or cleaning before re-let commences
- Negotiate any deductions and arrange for full or part repayment of the damage
Fees
- Our re-let fees are £500+VAT
- A monthly management commission of 12.5%+VAT of the gross monthly rent collected
- £50+VAT Exit & report fee
- We are duty bound to submit HMRC tax submissions. These will be charged at £25+VAT per submission (This is per property, not per landlord).

Simon and the team at City and County have been instrumental in helping my partner and I move out of London and setup in Norwich.
We originally came across a perfect property in the countryside, but due to lockdown restrictions we were unable to view in person. Simon created a video tour on our behalf and worked with the landlord to negotiate through the difficulties of lockdown.

Always there when you need them and very professional. Whenever we have had a problem they have fixed it very quickly! Last week our hot water went and they managed to get out a contractor and get the problem fixed within the hour ! Can’t thank city and county enough
When our washing machine blew they were quick to sort it and whenever we have needed more information they have been very quick to give it and offer advice. Highly recommend them !!!
