I first came in contact with City & County Residential Lettings Ltd when they approached my to be their Chartered Accountant. I had a few rented properties and was always impressed by ‘how on the button’ Simon the director was. I never had to chase for information when it came to year ends, it was always there, presented in a tidy fashion. I like the idea of a letting agent that has everything under control so I invited him to look after one of my properties. It wasn’t long before I transferred them all. That was some 11 or 12 years ago and I haven’t regretted that decision once. We have developed a friendship of sorts and I am always pleased to hear from him, even if it does usually mean I have to spend some money.
